The treatment is usually dry within 10-15minutes after the service is complete.
If the treatment had about 30 minutes of dry time before it started raining it should have adhered to the surfaces treated and not get washed off.
We try to allow the chemical to have time to take effect; we like to give at least a 7-10 day period before reserving to make sure we get good coverage.
Unfortunately no, we do have plenty of methods to control rodent concerns but none of the
general pest control applications will help with rodents.
Please inform the technician of what part of the yard they are allowed to roam freely in. If they are in a confined area it’s not a problem at all, but if they are allowed to roam freely in the back yard we will avoid putting down granular but the liquid application will be safe since its applied to the foundation and dries almost instantly.
You and any animals that live in the home need to be out for 2 hours. If you have an
aquarium we recommend placing a damp towel on the top while you’re gone. Any eating utensils, food bowls, water bowls, toys, etc. should be put away to not be left in the open during treatment. If anything that seems like a red flag during servicing will be picked up by the technician for your safety .

is used around the inside and outside of the home, It won’t stain or discolor
anything, it has no odor, and it will dry in about 15-20 minutes after applied.
If your concerned
about your pet being curious of this application please have them placed in a kennel or a spare
room that possibly doesn’t need treatment during this visit.
is a granular bait placed around the exterior of the home near the foundation to act as you’re your first line of defense against unwanted guests, Its non-dissolvable so it won’t
wash away in the rain, allowing coverage until our next service.
is placed inside VA Agriculture Dept approved boxes on the exterior of the
home and around the property. These boxes are locked with a special key and are weighted to
prevent small children and animals from moving them around. They are also designed to only
allow mice and rats access.
is an aerosol based flea treatment that has a control time table of about 3
